Chocolate Cosmos Wedding Cake

This beautiful wedding cake was crafted by my pastry-chef son Blake for his sister's wedding. It was sublimely delicious. It had a chocolate ganache frosting with FRESH cut chocolate cosmos flowers for decorations!! The cosmos weren't for eating, but they actually do smell like chocolate!
